The following Creditors have nominated themselves for appointment as a member of the Oversight Committee as provided for in Clause 10.12 of Anmani’s proposed Scheme of Arrangement:

- ATC Painting & Trading Pte Ltd
- Eakon Engineering Pte Ltd
- Funding Societies Pte Ltd
- Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd
- Hup Huat Heng Engineering Pte Ltd
Creditors may vote on their preferred nominated Creditor to be part of the Oversight Committee by indicating their choice on their proxy forms in Appendix 3 of the Scheme Document.
